Returns & Exchanges

Stickers and patches are shipped via regular letter mail with no tracking and can take up to 5-10 business days for you to recieve your letter. If you haven't received it 10 business days after your order was fulfilled please contact us at Tacomahub@gmail.com for assistance.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Good are in new, resalable condition and include all hardware and accessories

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Hoodies, stickers and patches.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. All items are subject to at least a 20% restock fee.

If the returned Goods do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. 

Partner products are non-refundable. Partner products will be marked on the products page under product tittle and above product options. 

On all approved returns, you will receive full refund, minus the cost of shipment or you will ship the product back yourself but return fees are on the customer.

Request Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Send an email to tacomahub@gmail.com requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and details. Ensure you include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once we receive that information a member of the Customer Service team will be in contact with details on how to ship the items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (Our hoodies that are made per order, our stickers and our patches). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product (in case you bought it for the wrong model), please reach out to us at Tacomahub@gmail.com and we will get back to you with next steps.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
